Terms and conditions for design
- The duration of the new design is 3 working days
* The full cost of the design is paid after agreeing on the request and before starting work
* If the client wants a design with a specific, special idea, the client must adequately explain what he wants and give all the required information, colors, and pictures similar to what he requests before starting work to avoid misunderstanding and know the client’s taste well. It is not possible to change and give other data, requests, or changes. After the designer starts working
- The client chooses a special design. Two models will be designed, and the client has the right to request modification only three times after the final rehearsal, including (colors - layout - font - adding accessories - combining the two designs). It is not possible to change the design radically or request another design
* If the client entrusts the design of the content to the designer, he (the design board) will be given a rehearsal of the design (colours, layout, style) and the client must agree or reject, giving reasons and avoiding them in the second rehearsal
* After the client approves the (design plate), the content design will begin and be delivered three working days after completing the amount. The client receives two design plates for the content only (two proofs) and he must choose from them to begin the work
* The customer must give the required data, phrases, contact numbers, and social accounts directly and not delay when choosing him for the rehearsal, as the customer bears the responsibility of delaying the delivery beyond the agreed upon period in the event of a delay in communication for more than two days from its beginning
- The customer cannot cancel the order or recover any of the amounts paid (after approving the final design and starting the printing work)
* If the client wants not to continue with the design before starting printing, the client has the right to recover 50% of the amount paid
In the event that the order is postponed by the customer, the agreed upon delivery period will be cancelled, and a new date for design and delivery will be set after the customer acknowledges that work has resumed again, and the same period previously agreed upon before stopping work will not apply to him (the time will be calculated again)
* For international transfers and deposits, the customer bears the currency exchange rate and shipping
After delivering the design to the client by the agreed upon means (WhatsApp), the designer is not responsible for any modification to the work
* The designer is not responsible for adjusting the colors if they differ after printing or delivery, as colors vary from one device to another and from one print to another
* The designer is not responsible for any modification, repair or malfunction resulting from modification by the customer or another designer
_ The designer is not responsible for keeping the design and resending it to the client




Rights and obligations of both parties:
 Orders will be printed according to the specifications and details chosen while ordering from the website, and the customer will be contacted to confirm the order
Note: Changes in specifications may be subject to changes in prices or delivery times
 The order cannot be changed after printing begins. If there is a last-minute modification, please contact customer service. We will attempt to amend your order if printing has not begun
 If the customer requests a change in specifications or place of receipt, there may be a delay in receipt or an increase in the cost
 Printing any design bearing the logo of a government agency or private sector company requires a letter of authorization signed and stamped by the concerned authority
 We deliver publications through approved shipping companies, which are the third party in the process, and the customer has the right to request a tracking number for the shipment
 The delivery times mentioned in the table are estimates. It may be affected by involuntary factors that are not subject to legal accountability, such as bad weather conditions, machine failure, vehicle malfunction, unavailability of required materials, or delay by the transportation company in transporting publications
 The printing press disclaims any responsibility for any indirect loss or loss to a third party for any reason. If there is a defect in the publications for any reason, including negligence. The printing press"s responsibility is limited to correcting the error (if any)
 It is the customer’s responsibility to verify the information, colors, and sizes before uploading the file to the website, and the customer does not have the right to demand reprinting or a refund in the event of an error
 The printing press provides customers with a design service through the website at a cost that is paid before starting the design
 The site is not responsible for the publications immediately after they are received by the customer and the shipping company
 The site provides payment via credit card, bank transfer, STC Pay or Mada service, which guarantees the customer complete confidentiality during payment
 The site has the right to change prices without any prior notice, and this condition does not apply to orders currently being executed
 Inquiries are answered 24/7
 Please carefully inspect the designs and correct errors before approving the application
 The customer’s final product is photographed after printing to ensure quality
Due to the nature of the product and service provided, which is printing. The product cannot be exchanged or returned
If our products arrive to you in a completely or partially damaged condition or are unusable, the responsibility falls on the shipping company
