For returns outside the city of Riyadh, the return policy is sent to the customer, then the product / order is delivered to the nearest branch of the shipping company   

The amount of the product (deducting the value of the return policy) is transferred within four days from the time the product is delivered to the shipping company    

Consumer products are not returned or exchanged if the package is opened
